Account and data deletion

PurePlate LLC provides this public page for users of the PurePlate mobile app. You can delete your account in the app or request deletion by email without signing in to this website.

Delete in the PurePlate app

1. Open PurePlate and sign in.
2. Open your Profile.
3. Scroll down and tap Delete Account.
4. Review what will be deleted and confirm.

Request deletion by email

Email support@pureplateai.com from the address associated with your PurePlate account. Use the subject "PurePlate Account Deletion Request." We may ask you to verify account ownership before processing the request.

If you cannot access the account email, describe the issue in your request so our support team can provide a verification path.

Data deleted with your account

• Account and profile information
• Goals, targets, activity context, check-ins, and progress history
• Meal logs, meal photos, nutrition analyses, and saved food information
• Advisor messages, feedback, preferences, and other account-linked content
• Subscription-entitlement records associated with your PurePlate account, except records we must retain for legal, fraud-prevention, security, or dispute-resolution purposes

Retention after deletion

Account deletion is permanent. Active account data is removed when the request is processed. Residual copies may remain in encrypted backups for up to 30 days before normal backup rotation removes them.

We may retain limited records when required by law or reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or enforcement. Aggregated or de-identified information that can no longer be linked to you may also be retained.

Cancel subscriptions separately

Deleting your PurePlate account does not automatically cancel a store subscription. Cancel the subscription through the store where you purchased it to prevent future charges.

• Apple: manage subscriptions in your Apple ID settings or through Apple Support.
• Google Play: manage subscriptions at Google Play subscriptions.
